FrontEnd BI Developer

OBIEE or MicroStrategy Development Expertise

Clear Peak is looking for a seasoned FrontEnd BI Developer, preferably with MicroStrategy or OBIEE experience. This position is perfect for someone who is wiling to play a technical leadership role across a variety of areas including technical analysis, front end design, analytics development, and influencing BI architectures.

The BI FrontEnd Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing reports and dashboards using tools such as MicroStrategy or OBIEE.  The ideal professional has implemented reporting solutions in at least two business intelligence projects with experience developing reports with source data coming from an Enterprise Data Warehouse or related Data Marts. This professional needs to have demonstrated strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, an ability to work on multiple assignments, and problem solve issues in a timely manner. Experience with at least two industry leading OLAP/reporting packages (i.e. MicroStrategy, OBIEE, BO, Hyperion, Etc.) and two industry leading database management systems (i.e. Oracle, DB2, Teradata, Sybase, etc.) is a big plus.

Consultants must be willing and able to lead simultaneous initiatives, and thus be open to travel – roughly 50%.  Our team typically leaves home on Monday mornings for the client site and returns home on Thursday afternoon/evening each week.   Clear Peak puts family and home first, and therefore we try to remain as flexible as possible should our consultants need to work from home occasionally.
